The best Iranian restaurant in Dubai is not to be missed!
For tourists visiting Dubai, the Best Iranian Restaurant in Dubai is one of the highlights of their trip. Located near the Dubai mall, this Persian eatery offers an array of mouth-watering dishes served with fragrant rice and fresh breads baked in traditional tandoor ovens. Enjoy dishes such as fesenjan (chicken in pomegranate sauce), ghormeh sabzi (minced meat stew), or classic kabobs served with steamed basmati rice and grilled tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers seasoned with turmeric, garlic, and black pepper.
Review of Tandoori Chicken
Tandoori chicken, a staple of Indian cuisine, was originally prepared in clay ovens known as tandoors. While it’s now more popular with meat that’s been marinated, grilled and then baked or broiled in an oven or on a grill. We tried Tandoori Chicken at Kaju restaurant and were blown away by how delicious it was!
Customer Service
If you want your customers to come back again and again, great customer service is a must. It’s easy to forget that someone else lives on that other side of your website. Take time out of your day to write down a list of how you would like for customers or clients to feel when they interact with you.
Bread
One of my favourite aspects of an Iranian meal is the Persian bread, or Lavash. The flatbread comes with a thick crust and crumbly, soft centre. It’s been lightly brushed with oil, making it delicious and perfect for soaking up juices from your Shishlik dish. This isn’t just regular bread – there’s so much more behind every bite. A taste of history and home that you can savour even when you're miles away from either.
Rice
One of the staples of a traditional Persian meal, rice is used in many different ways depending on what you’re making. Usually either basmati or saffron rice, it’s important to always soak your rice before cooking it, as well as rinsing thoroughly under cold water afterward. If you fail to do these things, you’ll get a sticky mess that isn’t enjoyable and can ruin your dish.
Authentic Aroma
A true Persian restaurant should have that authentic aroma of Persian cooking in it. If you’re planning on taking your guests to a family-owned and operated Irani cafe for lunch or dinner, then always make sure you make your reservations first. The problem with most restaurants here is that they focus more on marketing than they do on cooking food properly. But once you visit Cafe Pasha, you’ll know that there’s nothing more important than quality in our menu.
Vegetarian Options
Not all Persian food revolves around meat. In fact, many dishes are vegetarian or can easily be made vegetarian. Try ordering a plate of eggplant, bell peppers and other vegetables cooked with saffron rice and fresh herbs for an out-of-this-world meal. The saffron rice alone will have you coming back for more, as it’s aromatic, flavorful and fluffy with every bite.
Dessert
Baklava is a must try at Persian. If you’re unfamiliar with Baklava, it’s a traditional Middle Eastern pastry made of layers of filo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey. The baklava at Persian Restaurant has layers upon layers of filo which gives it a crispy texture, with an extremely moist and soft center from butter. It also comes with deliciously sweet syrupy icing on top of it all.
Waiting Time
Iranians are great food lovers, who look forward to their meal times with enthusiasm. Perhaps that’s why there are so many good restaurants and cafés here serving aromatic traditional foods. On top of that, Iran has been a center for culture and civilization for thousands of years, which means they have refined their recipes over time until they have reached perfection.
Ambiance
Walking into Chelo Kabab is like walking into your favorite uncle’s house. The tasteful and authentic Persian décor makes you feel right at home. A red and gold sari drapes across one wall, a couple of warm, richly-colored rugs decorate other surfaces, and comfortable seating helps create an inviting atmosphere.
Location
Heading towards Jumeirah Beach Hotel and facing Dubai Marina, walk down Al Souk Al Kabeer Road for about 150 meters. You’ll see a Restaurant on your right side and it’s called Shiraz. If you don’t find it, then turn back and go for about 100 more meters or so and you will definitely see it now.
